hadn't cleaned my washer in 4 years; if i ever forget to take clothes out right away , you can be certain my clothes would harden over or have that wet polyester smell that pervades all sports clothes. wet mildew smell is not a good smelli did a check before the cleaner , ran the washer with no soap or clothes and in the end had some bubbles; which indicate residue was still clinging to the system.ran my usual wash and dry , left some clothes inside while i dried the others. left a towel to air dry and the towel wasnt crusted or as hardened over like it usually is (maybe its the towns old water system , or my bad mineral filled water). the clothes have no smell right out of the wash, no mildew smell. even stuck my head inside after the wash and tried to catch a scent but was perfectly clean.overall , for 2 tablets this is really good. i have so much i even threw another pair in to "deep clean" it and im going to give some to my aunt

We have city water and just about every month, you smell a pungent stink from the HE top loader washer. I thought it was due to our oldest clothes being washed, but I was wrong. I know when we had well water I had to run a tub clean 2x per month! I put 2 tabs as instructed in and ran a tub clean. About 1 hour later, I was amazed! The tub has never been so clean and shiny! Absolutely NO smell what so ever, although a hint of a sterile (like a hospital) could be caught. Per instructions, do this every month! If your smell is really bad it states to run it on wash (I think)) or tub clean 3 times in a row with 2 tabs each time. Great product and easy to use!

I had run out of the washer cleaning tabs I usually purchase and was looking for a more cost effective option. Of course I failed to notice that this one asked that you put two tabs in per tub cleaning cycle. So in the end these really weren't cheaper because you have to use twice as many. I've only used this once but it seemed to have done a decent job. There was no gunky residue left in the rubber seal around the front of the door or in the gasket around the inside of the tub. I do think this one did better than the one I bought previously. I'm curious to try it with just one tab and see how well it does. But since I just cleaned the tub I'll wait and try it next month. My washer sends me an email and tells me when the tub needs to be cleaned and I think it's every 60 washes which usually comes to a roughly every month. I would recommend these not because they're especially a great buy but because they do work well. If I remember I'll come back and let you know how it works with just one tab.

Great product to keep my HE washing machine clean! I use two tablets and select the tub clean cycle on my machine, but you can also just run it on the hottest longest cycle available. It keeps the odor in control and the tablets don’t have any scent at all, they are all natural and environmental which is terrific since I have chemical sensitivities. I have suggested this product to others.

It works as advertised

These are economical compared to the Affresh brand, but these have some weird scent to it that left our washing machine smelling weird. I'd pass up on these if I were you.

Works cleaning washer

I have had continual buildup around my rubber seal and the nasty smell. I ha e used several different kinds and this one cut the grime and smell better than any others. I was able to really wipe and clean off the soapy scum. Yes, it is a nice scent . I am religious about keeping the door proper open to help, even bought a door jam. A week later and it still smells good.
