I bought one of these for my daughter’s gecko tank. It worked absolutely brilliantly for the first few months then, after about 5 months, it stopped working. I told the seller and they were incredibly courteous and replaced my item with a newer model within a matter of days. The new one has worked perfectly ever since. I am very happy with both the sprayer and the seller and would definitely buy from them again.

3 months use, then leaking. A little water being sprayed, much more running down my arms. That was my original response... However, the company contacted me almost immediately and after sending a video of the offending item, offered me a replacement or full refund.In an era of call centres, interminable waits on hold, etc, it was more than encouraging to encounter a real person and a meaningful response. It remains a good product and the hiccup can be forgiven.

Lovely fine mist and delivers a lot of water quickly. Lost a point for price.

The media could not be loaded.  Let’s get to the main bit: it leaks and it leaks from the charging point. It’s a death trap. It sprays, but it’s so powerful that it goes everywhere and it vacuums the bottle. 100% returning.EDIT: I contacted the seller and they swiftly replaced the product. The new one works perfectly with none of the previous issues. Very easy and pleasant sellers to deal with.

Recently acquired, so far does exactly what it said in the description. Time will tell on its quality.
