Great variety of recipes with easy to find ingredients. Also, I love all the stories in the book. Reminds me so much of growing up in MN. If you have MN roots you’ll like this cookbook.

I thought that the swedish meatball recipe that she made on the Fox 9 morning Buzz was in the book and it isn't. Can't figure out what was in the orange box that she shows in the gravy. It sounds like she says Yato's.

Loved the way Patricia writes. Really enjoying trying the recipes. She hit everything about being a Minnesotan, from ice fishing to booya!

I wish I could have it translated into polish.Other then that it has some good recipes.They could have more then they do. Missing a lot of Minnesota dishes
