I used this yesterday to roll out dough for a Stromboli. I was able to use the mat to fold over the dough, it released the dough easily. The rolling pin was easy to control and also did not stick to the dough even though I didn’t use any flour on it. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

The rolling pin works very well and the mat is a great alternative to parchment to keep working area clean.

I already had one of these mats and they are great. I had several different types of rolling pins but always felt that I could do better. And I was right . This pin is a game changer . Easier to change directions and works so well with your hands.

I actually ordered this just for the rolling pin and didn’t really think I needed the mat, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The rolling pin is great, exactly what you’d expect it to be, and I doubt I’ll ever have to replace it.The mat is surprisingly useful! I use it a lot when I’m baking, not just for rolling things out and it’s great. Good surface that dough doesn’t stick to and easy to clean. Very happy with the entire purchase, definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Such an easy item to clean! The mat is thin and lightweight and a great quality material. It’s a great size for whatever you might need. The rolling pin is a great length. There is a learning curve to a French style rolling pin but once you get it you’ll never go back to a standard rolling pin!

This rolling pin is so easy to use. It rolls out crusts for pies and cookies with ease. I simply love this professional rolling pin.
