There are 2 little stickers on the cover inside I assume to keep the case closed but once I opened it up I found it pulled my screen protector off

Falling apart after 3 months
Useless product - requires you to download some dodgy sideloaded app to use the clock function (which I didn't do obviously) making the window absolutely useless. Then a few months later the case starts falling apart, revealing it's made of cardboard inside. Not sure exactly what I expected for the price, but I've definitely fallen prey to the 'buy cheap buy twice' thing here.

Not sturdy for heavy phone
Nice case but not very strong for the note 20 ultra, its a heavy phone and needs a sturdy case, this is not

Scan the qr code and enter seriel number provided in the phone case
I thought the case wasn't working so I contacted the seller who explained that there is a qr code you need to scan (inside the phone cover) and enter the serial number below the qr code and it worked, good wee case for the price
