I got a extra large I have to get comfortable with it I think I put it on right due to the little instructions I weigh like 203 I think unless I went up a lil bit all in stomach fr and almost 7 months I feel like there should be bigger siZes tho but right now it fits for me

Some effect for pubic pain
Really suffered pubic pain! Terrible painful. OB suggested me use this belt to help hold the weight of the baby and reduce the pressure. I choose the smallest size. 33 weeks. I feel a little but effect. But it is trouble for me to take it off and put it back on every time when I use the bathroom. And I really use bathroom a lot daily!

Helps back but is itchy
It’s ok. It is itchy so I suggest wearing over a shirt or cami. After a wearing a while, it can get sweaty and start to feel tight so I take it off from time to time but it definitely works as it takes a lot of pressure off my lower back.

No worth your money
Works for a short time but the velcro is very cheap and will pops off and the back starts to curl.

Helped with Pain
Definitely helps with sciatica pains. Comfortable to wear, but would recommend wearing over a layer instead on bare skin. As other comments mentioned, the velcro is VERY strong. It takes to put away or the ends will stick to everything and it takes some force to separate depending on the fabric it attaches to. Not convenient when you have to use a public restroom, but it's worth it overall.

Size up
I bought a large and received and XL it does run a bit smaller then expected I guess the mixup worked in my favor. The material is flexible not too stiff and seems to be durable.
