I returned to football coaching, after a couple of years off, and needed to get a few new bits of kit as I had given my old stuff away. I was looking for value and usability, and picked up a rebounder and this agility ladder. As you can see from my pictures, it's a really good length (20+ feet) and has plenty of rungs. It's very handy to use for player warm-ups at the start of the session, and I also like to incorporate it in keeper and attack vs. defence sessions to mix things up. Comes with a carry bag, so I can just fold up and leave it in the boot of my car ready for the next time I need it.

Well made from durable plastic and nylon. 13 rungs and a measuring tape included for spacing out the rungs for initial use. 4 metal pegs for securing the ladder to grass/soil when in use. Comes with a nylon carrier bag for rolling up and storing when not in use. Ideal for agility/flexibility training and for speed intervals. This is a useful addition to my running regime which previously has been based on endurance running, but now I am able to include short sprint bursts and zigzagging elements courtesy of the speed ladder.

Really lightweight and easy to carry to outdoor training spots. The storage bag, pegs and measuring tape are really well thought out for ease of use, and the rungs stay in place brilliantly once you have set it up. A really good value piece of kit, great for fun and fitness for all ages and very versatile with the rungs being easily moved to different distances apart.

Good quality product, lightweight so easy to carry to your destination. Nice bright colour. Folds up very compact. You can adjust the width of the rings on the ladder. Overall handy kit to have as part of your exercise regime.

Bought for grandson for his football training, he's made up with it, doesn't take up to much room and numerous excercises can be achieved with it, very good, excellent service and would highly recommend

This is definitely the best cardio exerciser. It is compact and eady to set up. I am using it in my garden. It is very handy that hooks what helps to keep it in place are included.
