Tip> This has a protective plasic flim attached to the plastic cover that is meant to be peeled off but before doing that, using a white paint pen draw a rough grid on it. This will help prevent the bird from flying into it(because the cover is that clear it looks invisible almost, I am worried of my birds banging their little heads.You can always remove the film when the bird gets use to it and is aware that the cover is hard plastic. Our Black Headed Caíque (small parrot) absolutely adores this carry case. After he rejected the harness he used to use, we got this as an alternative.It's very good, just keep an eye to make sure your bird doesn't overheat in bright sunlight. The ventilation holes are good but you still need to keep an eye.Do make sure your bird is engaged while he's in the bag. If he gets bored, he may chew the plastic netting which covers the door holes. This plastic is not sturdy and very easy for a little beak to work through. But if the bird is enjoying his time out then he won't think about chewing it.

The bag is perfect in every way! My conure is soooo happy with it! He’s a rescue so this has helped so much! The perches come with a custom made bulb for the bag so it’s secure. One of our bulbs broke and Amanda was kind enough to send an immediate replacements plus gifts! Best customer service ever- got a parrot? Get this!!!!

Our birds love a little trip out in this! They get to see different places and people and get loads of attention while they're in there. It's also great for our little Bengal cat. She's so calm in this carrier which makes vet appointments much more pleasant.

It's OK, but I think it is vastly overpriced for what it is. I took a chance on my 18 month old indian ringneck fitting in it, he does, but he won't fit for long as they have really long tails - I think he will be ok in it until he moults again next year. The bag itself is quite good quality, it has a big bubble front for your bird to look out of and wide padded straps so it's quite comfortable to carry around. It comes with a tiny metal tray which I think is far too small to be of any use catching any mess (mine also arrived dirty, dented and covered in ripped plastic), it just slides around the bottom - so I took it out. It also comes with a piece of stiff fabric that attaches to the bottom with velcro - I found this to be too big, the velcro doesn't attach in the right place and it just bent out of shape, so again I removed this in favour of newspaper. It has plenty of vent holes so you can have a play about with where the perch goes to suit your bird, I I think the perch is a bit too long though, you couldn't use it in the top vent holes as it would bent to touch the front of the bag. It has some good and bad points but I think it needs a big improvement on how it opens, it needs to be side opening so it can be stood on a flat surface surface get your bird into it. As it is you have to either get someone else to hold it for you or hang it up. If you try to put it on a table the main part of the bag will just fall backwards. It will do for now, but next time I will spend my money on a better one. The interior could also do with being made of some form of wipe clean fabric, bird poop is wet and messy, it's impossible to get it out of the soft fabric thay lines this bag.

Great to carry around your feathered friends I only had one issue the rope perch knob one of them came away from the screw fixing.But with the help of some pliers and super glue I fixed it bk into place.

This item is too small for my parrot. My parrot is a very small bird. But he was struggling in it. I want a refund !!!

Pratico, ergonomico, il mio piccolo calopsite e felicissimo, vede tutti e canta per la robustezza e sicurezza che gli lascia questi zaino! Lo adoro e lo uso sempre in qualunque occasione! Per chi ama portare dietro con sé i propri bambini animali, e consigliato! Anche comodo da pulire e a casa non occupa tanto spazio! Sulla schiena non lo senti nemmeno!

I ordered this backpack for our cockatiel as we wanted to have something better to transport him when travelling or going to a vet. The reviews were great and I couldn't wait for day it is delivered.The product was shipped in relatively good time. Came nicely packed with a bubble wrap to protect the front. There is a perch and little bottle like storage for seeds and water.The backpack is much bigger than I expected for some reason. We put it together and were very happy with the result. Our cockatiel took his time to inspect it and he likes it.We got many compliments from people how cute and clever this was!The image I submitted is with another product I bought for our budgies. We are ready to go :)
