I believe this listing is for a case of several boxes? I've only ever purchased a single box from a local grocery store.Anyway, for any VEGETARIAN (NOT VEGAN) who is missing the taste of meat: these are AMAZING. I haven't had real sausage in 5+ years, and when I tasted these I was immediately worried I had accidentally ingested real animal meat. I checked the ingredients to see that egg whites are used. Thankfully I am not vegan.I would highly recommend these for any vegetarian or pescatarian.

I will say that these do not taste like actual meat sausage....really at all. The texture is the same but the taste, no. That said, I still really love the taste. I eat them with tartar sauce, as strange as that sounds, but it is delicious.
