Great quality- the future of plugs
Can say enough about how happy we are after installing these plugs in our new kitchen, Having both the USB A &C options has made our tech world much easier. A bit expensive, but well, well worth it.

USB power only worked for 12 months
We really enjoyed this product for the first year we owned it. Having both USB and USB-C connections to recharge our phones and devices without taking up regular plugs was awesome. Sadly, like many others have commented, the USB charging function has now failed. The regular plugs still work, which is fine, but this unit was about 10 times as expensive as a regular wall outlet. Legrand certainly didn't do their homework on this device.

Fast Charging Receptacle with 1-USB A and 1-USB C port
Charged my Samsung and iPhone quickly similar in time to the the OEM power adapters. No big complaints. Easy to install and only wish that it had one more USB A connector. Feels durable and the receptacle plugs did not have any difficulties for insertion/removal of electrical plugs. Cost is a little bit higher than others, but the overall quality of the Outlet looks and feels better.

Only lasted 31/2 years, will not charge devices
Item only lasted 31/2 years. Both charging ports stopped working.

Outlets did not work!!
We purchased 9 I have an electrical contracting business in Ohio we are state licensed and out of the 9 units 4 were bad.

Some of these are defective; others are fine.
I bought and installed several of these. All but one are fine. The bad one will not allow a plug to be inserted, as if the child protection lock is mis-aligned or something. No amount of force will let the plug go in, even bending the prong.

Not USB-PD
I am only giving this 3 stars because the whole reason I bought this was I assumed that the USB-C port would be USB-PD compatible (hence the "6 amps"). However, you will find it is *not* USB-PD, and you will not get any fast charging out of this at all. I feel like I wasted my money.
