Well worth the money..
I only bought this set of perfumes so I could try Gorse. Definitely worth it as not only did I get to try Gorse (which is heavenly by the way, takes me back to walking the coastal path in Pembrokeshire on a summers day with the gorse in full bloom along the cliff edge) but the others are rather wonderful too. I have already put them in order of personal preference with Gorse at the top and Atlas at the bottom with the others in between. Unfortunately perfume never seems to last very long on me, just a few hours and I need to refresh.Delivery was excellent, the little green box the perfume bottles are in is quite sweet and personally I don't have any issues with removing the bottles from their individual little places. It would make an ideal gift for a perfume lover...Needless to say once Gorse has run out I will be buying a larger bottle of it and maybe Amber too.

Lovely fragrances but presentation is poor and there are no tops to the spray bottles.
Tonker reminds me of men's Guerlain Vetiver but more tobacco based.Samphire is grassy at first but dries down to a green floral, I can't think what it reminds me of though.Gorse initially reminded me of Calvin Klein Eternity but it has dried down much greener and sweeter, pleasant and brilliant for warmer months.Amber hasn't lasted well on my skin but often that means it's suited to you and others will smell it on you but you cant, it's quite peppery and light but I think more masculine than feminine.Atlas is warm, a little spicy and a bit of vanilla . It reminds me of when you first open a bottle of malt whisky and you can smell oranges and peat mixed with spices. Don't let that put you off though, you won't smell like a drunk it's lovely. These are not fragrances for people who prefer light celeb type fragrance, they're for people who love the heady stronger 1920s/30s and 1980s fragrances when one squirt would last all night or day. My kind of perfume.I love these fragrances and I will be adding a couple to my wish list. I understand that this is a sampler set but I'd have thought for £48 there would at least be tops on the bottles to prevent accidently spraying and that the bx would be more presentable to give as a gift. They are an Ideal way to test if you like them before splashing out on the 100ml size which seem to average at £70 .An hour after initially spraying Tonka is still a warm, tobacco based smell. Samphire has softened a great deal and is now beautiful and quite sensual, reminds me a little of Guerlain Samsara now. Gorse is still fresh, it is also smells of lemon balm and fresh cut grass. Amber has disappeared from my wrist completely and Atals is a little cloying reminding me of Cacherel Eden (which I can't stand) but not as sickly as Eden though.I really hope this review has been of some help and sorry I had to keep putting my phone down to spray in the video.

A gamble on liking all the scents
I bought this set because I had smelled Amber on a friend and loved it, but couldn’t afford a full sized bottle. At £50 for 25ml (!!) this set works out a lot more expensive per ml, but it meant I could buy it with a birthday gift card and also check out the rest of the range. On the plus side, I discovered I also love Gorse (probably more than Amber) and the tiny bottles are good for taking on holiday. On the downside I don’t like Atlas or Tonka at all, and Samphire smells very like Eau Sauvage, which I already have, so for me the gamble didn’t pay off as they have effectively cost me £50 for 10ml of new perfume. Insanely expensive and as they are so different I think the chances of all five scents working for and being liked by the same person are pretty slim. The longevity seems to be pretty good, though gorse applied in the morning on my recent holiday was gone by evening, but it was very hot so I don’t think much would have survived the whole day.

Better off buying amber on its own
All scents are horrible except for amber

The packaging just doesn’t make scents to me... (see what I did there?) :)
On a serious note, I was super excited to try this Lifestyle Set by Laboratory Perfumes, however I was a little disappointed, especially since it was so expensive (£48) for a total of 25ml (5x5ml). Here is why:Firstly, the packaging needs some work. The green box is cute however what isn’t is how the perfume bottles were presented inside. They had no lids (which is important in preserving the perfume and it’s fragrance) but also, they were almost impossible to pop out of the packaging , and since I have just resorted to leaving them out of the gift box altogether. What I will say however, is the individual scents are great and long lasting, a lush variety of unisex perfumes to try!The Amber is my favourite as it has a nice warm wooden fragrance that gradually becomes a little more fruity/citrus as the day progresses.Samphire is also a nice smelling fragrance, with a more cool but crisp approach which would be great for a summer afternoon for sureTonka is a little more of a spicy fragrance that winds down to a more vanilla smelling fragrance towards the end of the day.Atlas is a more of a sweet and spicy smelling fragrance that would be great for a date night.Gorse is a more summer fragrance with its citrusy coconut and cardamom smell, so you’ll be walking around smelling of a pina-colada essentially ;)All in all, a great mix of fragrances by Perfume labs that are long lasting and of premium quality; it’s just a shame the packaging and presentation was such a let down, otherwise it would’ve been a 5 star review.

I love the smell
I do admit that it is a bit difficult to take the bottle out from the box's slots, but I cut the slots bit bigger and its perfectly fine now. The bottle should have some kind of string or something attached to it, so it could be easier to take them out.I like the smell of each scent except Gorse; it smells like coconut. Some of them last long and strong, especially Amber, It is my favourite, and I love the smell. It was £48 when I order it on 21st Sep 2020, now Amazon selling it for £29.60 on 16/10/2020, which is a fair price and you get to try five different fragrance. Ideal for giving as a gift. Highly recommend it.

Great
Even though I didn’t receive my purchase, I have purchased Amber before and love it. A little goes a long way. It stays on for a long time. I get many compliments with it and wanted to try all the fragrances they offer

Not convenient for on-the-go
Overall, I'm ok with the product. But the bottles are small--I knew they would be, but they're even smaller than I was expecting. The packaging could also use work. None of the bottles have caps (which I'm disappointed about because I was hoping to throw one in my purse for on-the-go), which made it really difficult to get the bottles out without accidentally spraying yourself and wasting perfume.

Eh…
I had the amber scent originally and I absolutely loved it so I thought, why not try the other scents? Oh lord…I made the mistake of spraying the atlas on my wrist and…you know when you go to smell a candle and you think it’s gonna smell so good that you take a big first whiff? That’s exactly what I did when I sprayed this on my wrist and I thought my nose hairs were going to burn off…that’s how awful the scent was. And the other scents? Well, I learned from the first one that I shouldn’t spray them on myself and so I sprayed them in the air and then smelled the bottle. Well…it made my room smell like a strippers joint that was mixed with alcohol and trees…maybe some equate version of sandalwood mixed in. Needless to say, my nostrils are a bit itchy from smelling these. Personally I think they need to stay in the lab. On the bright side…I got another travel size of amber?

Don't buy!
Strongly advise to not purchase. Most of the bottles are used and I already have a full size Amber perfume and the sample in this pack smells nothing like the big bottle I have purchased directly from the maker.

Needs a severe quality check.
Love the fragrances but I don’t know who approved of this. For a $60 set I’d expect better quality, unless I was sold a used one, it was an immediate realization when I got these that some were more empty than others. Atlas on the right looking perfectly full and Amber on the left with almost 8th drained, but all at different levels. These aren’t returnable so I guess I’ll go f myself then.
