Overall, I've been very pleased with this jack and its performance. I highly recommend it.

Update: I've used it five times over the last 3 years for a Honda Civic but following the last time I used it, it puked the hydraulic fluid through the bottom of the housing (see photo). Unfortunately we can't figure out a fix for this without disassembling it so we are out a jack. ____ Original: Arrived with no issues and no leaks. Was easy to figure out. Jacked up the 2016 Honda Civic for maintenance and an oil change without any issue. FYI - It does not fit back in the box once you put the handle on.

Like a lot of others on here, the carrying handle on mine also arrived broken. I'm keeping the jack though because I bought it for it's lifting ability not the carry handle. It was also a little low on fluid too. For these reasons I'm docking it one star. Other wise it seems to be a pretty solid, well built jack. Used it to rotate my tires and had now trouble slowing lowering the car back on it's wheels. The 2.5 Ton Jack does not come with a case just an FYI. I have an impala and and a Fiesta and it lifted both plenty high enough to get a wheel off the ground without maxing out the jack.

Solid tool for the price, could lift higher but did lift my mercedes suv gle pretty good. Just dont expect the “body shop” type of product its little smaller than the commercial ones.

It works very well. I checked for extra air like the video on here suggested and mines did not lose any air. It lifted with great ease my car. I have bought and returned larger double spring jacks that would not lift my car. Does not take up much space in the garage like a larger floor jack would. I also like that it is very light and can be moved exactly where I want it under the car. Box was taped as if it were returned which I did not like but I opened it and could not tell that it had been used or not. I decided to not send it back and keep it. Not taking off points for the retaped box. 15.5 is a good height, enough for tire change or oil change and I intend on inserting back up "jack stands". The only drawback is when bringing the car down, there is causes a quick drop for the car, but I suppose if it is slowly, slowly. slowly done it would be better. definitely not much quicker down then the 150-to-500-dollar ones so may be a hydraulic thing and just figuring it out.

This has to be one of the best purchases for my vehicles. Why pay Tesla to come out and charge you $60 to rotate your tires when you can do it yourself? Build quality is great, it is sturdy, and easy to use. Great value for your money if you rotate your own tires or work on cars. I've already justified my purchase with the amount of times I rotated my tires vs paying someone else to do it.

This car jack is really quality built, lifts fast it is very very heavy jack but it does get the job done, I lift 3.5T truck it lifted with no problem. Highly recommend

The release valve has very good sealing can let you release the height smoothly and light. The body is little heavy but solid, there is no crank sound like cheap jack when you raised and lowered. The clearance is way lower than other service jack I had been used, even my Subaru has lower coilovers with going ram before jack. Overall, it is very functional and reliable jack with perfect clearance for low profile vehicle especially.

The product is good and worked very well from the first time, plastic handle to carry it came in broken already. but the main product is easy to use and it was really faster than the original jack that comes with the car.

Hav it for three years, good quality

Received the very fast which was good, but by just looking at the box I could tell that there is something wrong with it. Inspected it found rear wheel broken off and the packaging itself was like this unit has been returned a million times, box is all damaged not sealed properly with so many tracking stickers on it, indicating that this has been returned multiple times before. Really disappointing product!!!!
