Well-made, looks good, smoothly finished, does its job. Be aware that there is space between the slats; this item functions as a flat surface, but not as a tray, so beware of spills.

Good design, good construction but one flaw. It had a petroleum smell, likely the oil applied to accentuate the wood grain. When I wiped with a white cloth, the stain would show on the cloth. I worried about leaving a stain on the couch arm, not good. My solution was to soak in hot soapy water to remove the small and surface stain but left the wood finish dull. I did this in the kitchen sink with awn and it did leave brown water. Did this twice. I have not decided if I will now apply a varnish as it may not adhere (flake off, cloudy, etc) and it really looks ok without it. So bottom line, it works for our sofa arms (it's a sofa sleeper and this is for guests).

I bought this to put on our slippery acrylic shower seat to give our tushes more traction. I glued on little non-slip feet, oiled it, and placed it on the shower bench. It has been great so far. No more slipping or sliding off the bench when we sit. Please note that it was much lighter in color (like bamboo) and dull when I received it. The teak oil darkened it and shined it up, so I recommend getting some for maintaining the wood.

I thought was rubber on other side so would not move. It moves. It’s nice but it shifts.

Nicely made. Works great to protect my couch arm from hot drinks.Updated to add we have now had two of these on our couch for over a year and they are both still holding up great and no issues whatsoever. Dog knocks them off every once in a while but haven’t broken!

I use these as arm rest tables. Work great and I can roll them up for storage.

I love them but they have stained my counter tops.
