It was a third class product, it is not expected from amezon to give such product. The product was damaged and it seems that other joints also look very suspicious. It was a very urgently needed product thus we kept it.

I am happy with product however it has more weight than others equipment available in market but this is best under this budget. My dad is happy.

The overall quality of the walker is poor, also I strongly feel that I have been given a used walker. The quality of the rubber on the hand grip is poor.
