A monoscope was a kind of tv pattern generator used to tune a tv system 30 years ago, so they don't. If you mean a telescope, you could place two of this lenses in a tube about 28 inch apart, with a magnification of about 2.5, so it just work as a demo, not a practical telescope.

They are not labeled, but the convex lenses are thicker in the center, with thinner edges. The concave lenses have thinner centers and thicker edges.
