You need to order 'ORIGINAL' as the new higher strengths seem to be FISH OIL with ADDED cod liver oil.Natures Aid is I think a better product. It is pure Cod liver oil, and does not taste so fishy as 7 seas. Seems to be smoother. Overall a much superior product in my opinion.
