Most bigger lightpads are so thin but this one is not, it is sturdy enough that i don't fear snapping it in half. The cord connection is a good length it does not interfere with fun while unplugged. the cord that comes with it is a decent length and functional (basic c cord) The brightness has so many levels and colors i love the versatility! i do diamond painting so it is a great size for my bigger ones and i can just leave it all together so easy! the battery lasts through several sessions before needing to recharge (about 5-6 one to two hour sessions with changing the brightness periodically depending on color im using)

This is the third light pad I've owned. The first (after a few months of using it) started flickering at random intervals, that made me crazy. The second is in the photo..I like it but wanted a second when I'm working in different locations in my house and don't want to move the light pad with me. I made sure to include a photo of the light pad I just purchased, on top of my last purchase so you can see the difference in quality. This one comes with a ruler built into the frame, and none of the others I've bought include that. It's also different, in that the light shows through individual "bulbs" (the only way to explain it. You can see this really well in the second photo.) There are three brightness levels and each are terrific, but there are other things that set this apart from the others I've bought. First, it comes with complete instructions, which others did not include. I didn't need them, but first timers would definitely appreciate them. Second, it comes with eight color and black and white images to trace (photographs are included above,) as well as two clips to hold your papers, a tracing pencil and pencil sharpener. The sharpener didn't work, but since it wasn't something I expected to use, I was fine with it. It also comes with a supply of blank tracing paper, which is a great bonus. I quickly traced the dog image, and it was quick and easy to do. I included a photo of the dog with tracing paper over it and no tracing done on the light pad while lit on the highest light setting, as well as the traced image on the lit light pad. I also included the black and white corn stalk image on the light pad on the highest setting without tracing paper over it and with tracing paper over it so you can see what it would look like when you trace it. I also included a photo of the instructions and tools included. Lastly, the real reason I got this light pad, is I'm a diamond painting enthusiast. I wanted you to see how clearly you can see a 30 x 40 Mickey Mouse image on the light pad on its highest light setting. I also included a close up of the image, so you can easily see the color codes. This is a great tool with terrific extras, and I can't say enough about it. The photography is difficult when trying to get good photos without flash of a back lit image. Obviously, I'm not a great photographer, but tried to give you the best photos possible. The first and second images, the camera focused on the light pad's individual "bulbs" and made them look dark...They are not, as evidenced by the rest of the photos, showing the traceable images back lit by the light pad.

I really enjoyed using this product. Being an artist myself who makes videos for YouTube, I have always wondered how I could copy my artwork since tracing paper simply flipped the image for me and wasn't exactly giving me everything I was looking for. Using this light pad though turned out to be much easier and very much worth it!The size is perfect, a bit bigger than a standard piece of paper. It's fairly thin too and super light weight! I enjoy this feature since I travel and it's important for me to have items on me that I can easily take with me. It's also modern looking too which looks great in my collection of art supplies! The instructions that came with the light pad were fairly easy to understand so anyone can use this.This light pad has 3 brightness modes which allow you to work with different settings based on what you're creating. The brightest setting is truly bright and perfect for drawing since my room can have it's weird lighting and having this extra lighting helps me see what I'm drawing without straining my eyes. By holding down the power button, you can lower the light manually before it turns off. I like this as it gives you control.You do have to keep it plugged in which I was hoping it could hold a charge, but the cable is pretty long so I can easily hook it up to my computer or wall outlet with no problem.This bundle did come with accessories to do diamond painting but I will not use this feature until I have the diamond pieces - I'm sure to give it a try soon though! It did take me awhile to figure out the stand that came with the light pad but I eventually figured it out. The stand is a bit flimsy though - not of highest quality - but it works. Since I already have a stand of my own for my artwork, I may just end up using my own instead.Overall, you can do many things with this Light pad and I'm pretty happy that I finally was able to try one out for myself - it's everything I could expect and more! I would recommend it!

Usually I don’t like doing reviews but I just had to do this one because it is all that and then some. It is just as pictured and works extremely well with my diamond painting projects. It makes it easier to see the letters and faster. I brought the wireless pad and it last a very long time.I charged it up over night and I used it all day into the night. It was still charged even when I was ready to turn it off. Great product and well worth the money. I would definitely buy it again if need to but hopefully no time soon.

I tried charging this with a working laptop USB C charger and it wasn't charging. Thought it was broken then tried a lower power phone charger and it seems to be charging OK, so giving this 4 stars instead of 1, but I am concerned about the long term reliability.
