Founding Fathers Flags - 10ft Black Flag Pole & Spike - Perfect for Any Outdoor Use!

We purchased this to display my son's travel soccer team flag. It's an excellent product, well made and comes apart for easy storage. The main pole separates into 3 pieces and has a PVC tube you hammer into the ground and place the main pole into for display. You can adjust the plastic rings that secure your flag to the pole, to accommodate different sized flags. We accidentally broke the PVC base that gets hammered in the ground. My wife called to see about purchasing another base. Instead the company sent out a whole new unit. We really appreciate the amazing customer service. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone who has a flag they are proud to display. Our flag and pole get a lot of use during this time of year between games and parades. It makes for a professional look as opposed to using an old broom stick. Thank you again.

Product needs to be made of heavier metal. Destroyed in first thunderstom....tried to get them down but not fast enough.

It is a great buy for what it is. I hammered the base flag holder into the ground but I chipped the sides so the pole is not as secure as it might have been. It is the perfect “in between” flagpole size. You could carry a flag with it at a festival or event. As long as the wind isn’t blowing 1000 mph I wouldn’t expect a broken pole. It should be fairly sturdy enough for home use.

Just what I was looking for.

If used for flags these might work. Good luck getting them to sit straight. They lean with any type of weight put on them. I tried my luck using them for string lights and they are straight in the ground but the poles are so thin that they bend over from the top. The ground stake is good. It's still straight in the ground. However the higher you go on the pole they start to bend and sag.

WAIT, before you buy this, strongly consider this review! If you’re looking for a durable flagpole that you can set and forget, this is not the one you want to buy. This flagpole is flimsy and cheaply made. Yes, it is easy to assemble… however, I received two male pieces that wouldn’t fit together. I’m not sure how they managed to mess that up. I tried to make the pieces I had work to no avail. Even if I did get the right pieces to assemble it properly, I wouldn’t trust it in a more than what most would consider a good breeze. I’ve seen curtain rods that would hold up better than this flagpole. If you’re wanting something to just put out for a day or two, then yeah sure this’ll do. But for a long term flagpole I wouldn’t go near this. After receiving this I even considered using my kayak paddle as a flagpole because it was more sturdy.All in all, I’m not saying don’t buy it. I just think it’s wise to consider your application before your spend time and money on this.

I use the flagpole for Patriot Guard Rider missions. It breaks down into sections that store easily in a saddle bag or backpack. Sections have grooves and channels in respective pieces that push and twist to fit securely together. I love the 10 ft. height. It keeps the flag mostly out of my face when standing flag lines and gives me a third, er, fourth leg for support when standing at length in flag lines as I can place the bottom of the pole on the ground and use it as a staff; helpful when standing at attention in the hot sun for an hour or two. Originally, I purchased a 6-foot collapsible with a rubber handle at the bottom. I see a lot of guys that will put the bottom of that in their vest pocket during a lengthy flag line stand, but that provides no additional support for a long stand. This pole also has a very nice point at the top and an even sharper one at the bottom (that can be pounded into the ground for a more permanent flagpole display). Should anyone decide to protest at the funeral or memorial for a military service person, law enforcement officer, or emergency service technician, this pole would hopefully provide them with yet another "point" or two that their decision was an unwise one!
