Perfect chair
Before the pandemic, my girl work on her homework at our dining table. Most of the homework was done at school anyway. On weekend, we visit the library and she can finish most of her school work at the library. Now, because of the covid19, I am working from home and she needs to stay home for all her classes. This new chair is a wonderful chair. I can easily adjust the chair so that she can comfortably use the dining table for hours of school work. She loves the footrest. And we found out that the casters lock themself when she is sitting on the chair. This is such a nice feature to stop her from moving the chair around the dining room. We tried to let her use my office chair and it is just not the right size and she keeps moving the chair with her feet.

We love it!
Pink height adjustable study chair, great design! And the pink cotton cover on the chair is so soft and comfy. The chair is automatically locked and stable on the floor once you sit on it. Easy to assemble! We love it, strongly recommended!

Started falling apart quickly
I bought this chair about a year ago because we decided to send our daughter to virtual school. At the time the Covid vaccine was unavailable for our daughters age group. I had high hopes for the chair, but almost immediately that back rest would somehow end up all the way down at the end of the day and I would have to push it back up to the appropriate position. Next, I noticed the wheels getting stuck on our hardwood floor and not rolling at all, so I replaced the wheels. We eventually removed the arm rests because they were either the wrong height or they would get stuck under the desk making it hard for our daughter to get out of her desk. Finally, the seat became ridiculously loose and now sits slightly sideways. We're ordering a new chair today. I almost forgot to mention that the removable seat cover is constantly falling off. This chair is full of problems, and I would not recommend it to anyone, and I wish I had never purchased it.

The chair should not move when a child is sitting on it

the casters lock themself
My 5 years girl doesn’t like to sit down. This problem bothered me and my wife for the last few months. Her teacher complained about not being able to see her at her chair when the class is in session. This chair has resolved this issue. In the last few weeks, she can sit down for more than 30 minutes. And because the casters lock themself so that she can’t move the chair around. We also adjusted the chair a little bit higher. Her feet can touch the ground. Her feet can comfortably rest on the footrest. Thank you for this great chair. If her grade improves, is the chair we want to thank you to.

So far so good.
I am glad that this one doesn't use the gas cylinder to adjust the height. I have been paranoid ever since I heard news about office chair explosions. The only issue we have is that the casters seem to be weight-sensitive. When the kid sits down on the chair, the casters become locked. While it makes the chair stable, it also makes it hard to move the chair closer to the desk.

Uncomfortable, not worth the money
Most important to note- (see picture of fully assembled chair) the back rest sticks out halfway over the seat. That backrest can slide up & down the chair back post to adjust height, but it is not adjustable in depth, meaning that there is no way to utilize more than half of chair seat. The seat is also EXTREMELY firm. Not much more comfortable than sitting on a wooden chair.Next, nothing on the box nor on the instructions says that this product was made in China, but the sticker (see picture) shows that it’s not made here in the US.The instructions are also pretty good at reflecting that it’s made where English isn’t the instruction author’s first language, considering the assembly wording (they referred to washers as “iron sheets” and to the chair back post as a “long gun barrel”).I did some editing to the instructions for them, but the most important instruction sheet takeaways for other potential buyers of this chair, are that the instructions tell you to install all five caster wheels before installing the chair back-post, but if you install the 5th (middle caster) wheel, that wheel will get in the way of the hex screwdriver that you need for screwing the chair back post to the footrest (see picture with hex screwdriver circled). Also, the instructions don’t tell you that you need to put the washers on the screws before you screw the chair back post to the footrest.Basically this chair is cute, but not as functional as it’s marketed to be, and I don’t think it’s the best buy for the price.

Best chair I have
I am 5 feet, 110 pounds, sitting in this chair 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. This chair suits me very well, the height is perfect, no need for foot stand anymore. The back support is good. There a few minor flaws but I still give 5 stars.:1) the roller don’t roll smoothly with me sitting I the chair even on the plastic floor mats2) I wish the chair can up and down with swirling mechanism.
