It's ace..
Such a dinky little thing, it's almost cute. I like tinkering and making small ornaments or wind spinners/chimes for my garden and this belt sander is a must for me. Normally use my needle files for smoothing down edges but this works perfectly on most areas. If you're in to model making you couldn't go wrong with this as it's definitely the bees knees for it's size. I just need to find if I can purchase some polishing belts for it now and I'll be even more contented. So easy to use and change belts when needed, only downside is there's only 1 speed but it does go in reverse too.

Good Mini Sander
I do a fair amount of model making or repairing small items. A full size sander is usually too aggressive whilst hand sanding can be Tedious This mini sander fits the bill perfectly for removing a mere whisker to something needing just a little more.

Change the kettle lead and plug fuse to 3 amp
Nice little machine but change the kettle lead that plugs into the transformer it’s dangerous and not up to uk safety standards. I will explain. The plug is very small so I thought ok I have spare uk plugs I will cut and replace but on further inspection I could see the live wire through the plug mould also bending the cable a few times I could pick away the plastic insulation with my finger nails like clay. After cutting cable the inner wires L and N are so thin they are useless to clamp into new plug. So I opened up transformer and desoldered the L&N pins from the board and soldered on a complete new cable as I have the right gear. But you could replace the kettle lead if you put a 3 or 5 amp fuse in the plug instead of the 13 amp. At least your plug has a fuse unlike the original abizmal and potentially dangerous supplied cable. For me I liked the machine so I modified the cable.

Brilliant
If you're a model maker, particularly balsa models, then you'll wonder how you lived without one of these! Very well made, and enough power to sand balsa or plywood easily, and even metal parts!I thoroughly recommend getting one, you won't be sorry!

Small but does the job
Good little machine, runs fast if you up the voltage on the power bank supplied,, good value

Good width belts
Belts seem to wear quickly even on light softwood sanding but do the job
