Nice set of affordable flatware
I needed an affordable set of flatware for a small appartment after I gave up my much larger home. This set is nice. It is a pattern that goes with either classical plates or contemporary styles. They are not as heavy as a more expensive set, yet also not very light. I have not had them long enough to say anything about long time use and diswasher exposure, but from the looks of it I trust they will hold up. One thing I do not like is the brandname engraving that is a bit large. On the spoons and forks they are on the down side so it does not show when the table is set nicely. But on the knives it is engraved on the blades, and because I set the table with the knives on the right side of the plates ( forks on the left), and the serrated side pointing towards the plates, the brandname really shows. That looks a bit cheap, I think. Having said that , I grew up in Europe with nice and elegant dinner ware, so my standards are on the high side. I almost returned the set for that reason. Wish the engraving would not be so noticable. I decided to keep them, because the price is right, and at my age I no longer give fancy dinner parties. I sold the sterlin silver set that I had brought from Europe, because I am not fond of polishng silver, and I got a good price for it. My friends will just have to take me as I am today. I have downsized, and I take life easy these days. Friends come for the companionship, not the flatware. These serve well enough but I would not buy these as gift for others, because of the very noticable engraved brandnames.

Gorgeous silverware for a fair price
I decided it was time to ditch the IKEA silverware I had while in college and find some more sophisticated silverware and I found them. So far there's no rust after multiple washes and they still shine so bright. The weight is moderate not too heavy, but not too plasticware light. The soup spoon is huge, a true soup spoon! The design is very elegant and eye-catching as well.

Why are the tablespoons so HUGE?!
Great quality, weight, and material... However, the "tablespoons" have tongues the same size as my serving spoons from another set, and the tongues for "teaspoons" are the same as that other set's tablespoons. The handles are reasonably sized- it's the tongues that are way too big! Forks and knives were fine though.

Simple clean quality design. Much better upgrade from cafeteria utensils
Attractive, simple, great price for the value. My only gripe is that they oddly imprinted “stainless steel” on the visible blade of the butter knife on an otherwise cleanly designed silverware set. Although I almost never really use butter knives, so I can ignore it

Soup spoon is huge
These are great. There is a very good shine to them and have held up very well after numerous dishwasher loads. They have a good weight in the hand to them.

I love my set!
These don't look or feel cheap made. They look and feel like an expensive set. I really like these a lot and they are very shiny.
