Dissolves cleanly in brine
I used this for refrigerator pickles and a batch of jalapeños, and it dissolved much cleaner than the regular salt I had in the cabinet. No cloudy-looking mess at the bottom of the jar. The box is plain and practical, which is fine with me because it’s salt, not a decoration. I transferred some into a smaller container for easier measuring and kept the rest sealed up in the pantry. If you do any canning or pickling, having the right salt saves some annoyance.

Has no Iodinem added, but is supposed to be more pure and more free of metals and other contaminants than other forms of salt.

Salt boxes allow small amounts of salt to leak out.
Salt is great but the box tends to leak. Upon delivery there was a small amount of salt inside the delivery box. Seems like they all leak a little bit. So if you don't want traces of salt everywhere you need to transfer this to an airtight container as soon as you get it.
