Perfect Salt
This salt is perfect for cooking and sprinkling over food.It might be thought that “ salt is just salt” but this salt really does have something special flavour-wise.An added bonus is that it makes a great container when empty and no plastic waste!The plastic cover easily peels off by snipping with nail scissors, wash and fill with flour, sugar etc. and I have a strong see-through container with a pourer and sprinkler.

Iodine free salt
I have a thyroid problem and discovered that excess iodine can cause problems. I never realised that all normal salt has added iodine and I eat a lot of salt with my meals.
