Bought this for actual commercial use. After 24 days of use, we had to throw this away. My cooks were finding plastic shavings in the tomatoes they were dicing. With real use, this goes out of alignment very quickly. Should have purchased something that is truly a commercial product. If you are thinking of purchasing one of these for a commercial situation, look elsewhere.

All set fine

Works great. I did have an issue with some plastic ending up in my potatoes while i was chopping. When i was done chopping i noticed the wing nuts were loose that held the blade grid in place. This maybe Could have been what allowed the blade to move and catch the plastic idk... i used the 3/8” set for cubing potatoes and the 1/2” for making fries. It worked great.

What I like about the product is that you can chop vegs very quickly.What I dislike about this product is that the shinny chrome color it had washed off,and now it is a black/gray color. I found this very odd. Not sure if I should continual to use this product .
