OMG...So many great Soul performances. Worth it just for the James Brown performances on disc 5. GOOD GOD!

misleading amazon ad
ordered it, love it, but amazons ad is a bit misleading. The original Time Life DVD set is identical to picture in amazons ad here. However it comes with TEN (10) DVD's, and amazons only comes with 5 of that DVD set. So DVD's numbers 6,7,8,9 & 10 are missing from this set from amazon. Hope they will offer the same dvd set with discs numbers 6,7,8,9 & 10 soon

Love the songs hate the black and white
in the '70s some of the show were in color the whole five disc set is in black and white I can see it for the '60s but not for the '70s very very very dissatisfied return
