Very plush and constructed well. A lot better than I was expecting actually. I did not realise it can't be kept in the freezer, which I was kind of disappointed about at first. But as it turns out, just keeping it in the fridge keeps it plenty cool for reducing puffiness around the eyes. I use this nightly and really like it. The elastic band is a bit short but still does work. I just have it on the very end of the velcro. If you think you have a large head, this will probably be tight on you. I am a male with an average body/head size for reference. The packaging is quite nice as well. Not gonna lie, it was kinda luxurious opening this up

I got this product in hopes of it helping gt rid of my puffy eyes in the morning, but it simply doesn't work. First of all you can't freeze it so it doesn't end up getting very cold or staying cold for very long. Second of all, it doesn't sit on my face in a way that even gets close to my under eyes. I have deep set eyes and I can't find a single mask that fits on my face right. So don't buy this if you are trying to get rid of puffy eyes.

This is exactly what i needed i am super picky about things on my face when trying to sleep. i have tried at least twenty other face masks and they all felt wrong for one reason or another but this one i use every night. It isnt heavy on my eyes and i like that i can heat it up or cool it down depending on my needs.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed with this. It was fine when it arrived and I wear them one day but the string broke the second day! I still can use it but they fall if I want to move or so. I didn’t like the quality.

Works exactly as expected! The cloth side gives you the option of "cool" as opposed to the clear side which is cold. The info with the mask tells you to put it in the fridge not the freezer. It has been awesome and I made need to get a few more for family!

It freezes solid, like the ice packs from the dollar store. I thought it would conform to my wife's face, but it was too rigid. My wife went back to using frozen peas in a ziplock. Maybe I got a defective one 🤷‍♂️

Have only used in the refrigerator. After 30 minutes, the mask does cool to a soothing temperature. Normally, I leave the mask in the fridge the entire day and night until use. I use it when I have not had a full night's sleep of 7-8 hours. The mask usually helps me fall back asleep for another hour or two. The gel stays cool for at least 30 minutes. The cloth separating the eyes is not thick, so I can always feel the cold gels.

The soft fabric backing leaves the heat or cold therapudic, but prevents that icky feeling of vinyl directly on the facial skin. Perfect for my sinus or migrane headaches
