These patches really do help when my arthritis is bothering me. Also, I suffered from sciatica and they helped that also. Now, how did I find out about them???? My great acupuncturist gave me a couple after an acupuncture session one day and he told me they would also help my pain. He sure was right. The acupuncture worked wonders after a few treatments but I used the patches maybe a couple times right at the first and I could tell a difference. I still use these whenever I have problems with my back and I get relief by doing so. They are something that I do not want to be without!!!

Recommended to me by my acupuncturist. Awesome product. If you dont want to wear the patch, it also comes in a cream that is also very good/helpful. I suffer with terrible sciatica from an injury which affects my entire back as well as back of one thigh. These patches helped me manage my pain and NOT be on prescription meds. When I use these patches, I wear them for 12 hours at a time which my acupuncturist also recommended. They have very good adherence to the skin as long as it is free of lotions, etc. before applying the patch.

This is the only thing that will relieve the arthritis pain in my shoulder and foot. I can wrap it around the ball of my foot and it will alleviate the pain from the top and bottom of my foot. Some days my pain is so bad I can barely walk, but this helps a lot. I'm on my feet all day at work and this has been a lifesaver. It will last for about 8 hours. It stays on while sleeping and during a zumba class. It smells like my grandmother's BenGay cream, but it does dissipate after a few hours. Definitely worth the price and the smell for the relief it provides.

This is by far the BEST pain relieving patch out there! I've tried all the store brands and none compare. It's more costly than the others but you get what you pay for and it sticks on all day long! There are 3 patches in one envelope and they tend to be slightly smaller than the drug store varieties but it's drug free and....did I mention they really relieve the pain?!

Very effective for mild to moderate back pain caused by inflammation. I usually sleep with this patch and wake up brand new. The scent is very mild better than Salonpas. I’m not sure whether is effective for nerve pain or sciatica.

These patches are awesome. They deliver a heat sensation directly to the area it is needed. They've got great sticking Power and do not hurt much when you remove them. I also feel like you get a lot of product for your dollar, as you can cut them into smaller strips to fit whatever need you have for pain relief.Generally I have bought these at the acupuncturist's office, but really glad to see them on Amazon too!

Bought these for a sore neck that wouldn't resolve. I don't know how much good they actually do, but they feel good on. I could leave a patch on for 6 - 8 hours without adverse reactions. No blisters; minimal redness at the patch site. They stick pretty well, even at the hair line.

Adhesion to skin is good;however dont exceed 8 hours will be difficult to remove.
