DANGEROUS
I took this for a few days then noticed that my heart was beating erratically. I stopped taking the supplement but the palpitations continued for a couple of days. I couldn't figure out what was causing it, then I decided to look at the ingredients of the adrenal support.ELEUTHERA is listed as the 3rd highest ingredient - if you look up what the side effects are it will tell you thatIT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN IF YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSUREI have high blood pressure.It's not pleasant having these palpitations, and the Eleuthera is dangerous. Take warning.

You get 30 tabs per jar and it says take 2 a day so there charging you 1 pound per dose cos its 30 pounds so for 15 days of taking this supplement you'll have spent 30 pounds at 2 pills a day I've seen ecstasy tablets cheaper than this and did a better job
