Wipro proved that a once renowned company can become a trash in modern days comparing to far better less known Desi companies. First product stopped working in a few weeks, got replacement after one and half months since contacted Wipro CC! (Extremely slow and baby walks customer service, CC service only there to lodge your complain then backend team would connect between 7 - 14 working days just to get the process of replacement going. Received replacement which didn't last for more than 2 months! I have to again go through the same tedious, cumbersome and unrealistic process of getting the replacement! I am already getting sweated!! Simple and direct advice - AVOID Wipro products at all if you prefer complete peace of mind. Good luck!!
