Good for those learning
Wanted to teach my 13 year old grandson some knofe skills, a little worried as my knives are professional but the guard helped him and made me feel more confident

Just didn't meet my expectations.
Too large for my hands and kept moving around when chopping food, so a little dangerous I thought.I Will go back to my old ways of dicing up my veg etc. and take my chances, and this will go to the charity shop. Pricey for what it is, and a waste of money. Disappointing purchase.
