Great to eat!
I have diabetes and I can tell when blood sugar is low. But I can eat this to get my glucose levels back to normal within 1-2 minutes. These are better than the great value brand at Wal-mart.

Taste great
These are great! I usually buy the Quaker brand for home but recently started working a job where I need bulk snacks for teens. These taste great, and are surprisingly filling. The box of 60 makes it a total steal too.
