This is the best. I have ordered these panties many times and the are high waisted with a great stretch. They look stylish and are durable. Worth every penny.

I found these after my c-section and love them. They're great for anyone, not just c-section moms. I think they hold up better than hanky pankys. BUT, they don't send the correct color assortment. I've bought and returned, they keep on sending the wrong color pack!!!

I like them but they are a little tight. Tight a round the belly, so they want to roll up a little. Seems like they would of been better if I sized up one more.

The width of these are perfectly stretchy for maternity wear but the crotch part is very very long so they come up way too high. Consider sizing down based on hip width

I’m pregnant for the second time, and my c-section scar has been increasingly sensitive as I’ve gotten bigger throughout the pregnancy. Based on the reviews I thought these underwear would be a perfect match for what I was looking for - seamless and high waisted - but there’s a thick seam that runs vertically and is so irritating to my c section scar! I can’t imagine these being comfortable for someone right after c section either. Already washed and worn so can’t return, but definitely didn’t experience the comfort other reviewers did.

Wish their was a bigger waist band so these wouldn’t roll down.. you go up on the size and the underwear go way up your back

I usually wear a large in underwear. Rarely, but sometimes, I wear medium.. I need a small in these but they aren't available : (

So very comfortable and cover my c section belly but do roll down when I bend over but over all this is the sexiest and most flattering thong I've worn since having 2 c sections
