Easy to use
Pretty easy to use and since they are in a convenient individually wrapped packaging, they are good for carrying a few with you.

A great tool to fight viruses
The iodine is supposed to be good to fight viruses in your nasal cavity. So I use these when I go in and out of crowds.

Convenient to carry, and so many uses…
Excellent, inexpensive product. Iodine is antibacterial and antiviral; makes sense to use in this day and age, if you know what I mean. I use it for nasal application when I go out to do shopping as the iodine does protect you for several hours. I have also used it on a tooth infection (gum area around tooth) that I was simultaneously treating with an antibiotic, as well as on an abrasion. Easy to throw in your pocket, bag, or purse. A few people have complained that they are hard to tear open. Not so. Once you get the hang of it, easy-peezy. There are a couple of brands out there, similar in price. My guess is that they are all made by the same manufacturer. 😎👍

Great for little stuff.
The only problem I see is getting them out of the plastic without popping them, scissors are a good idea.

Iodine swabs.
These swabs are just right for applying the Iodine once a week as I don't use Iodine salt in my diet. I use Kosher salt for blood pressure control.

An extra layer of protection from respiratory viruses. Quick and easy use.
I bought these due to doctor recommendations for iodine spray inside the nose as an extra layer of protection against respiratory viruses. The sprays are very expensive and not easily shared. So I bought these single-use swabs to share with others in the family when we are compelled to be in places with higher viral loads (e.g. airports, doctors offices, etc.). These are very easy to use — takes less than 30 seconds, if you follow the directions. First, find the end of the swab with the red stripe. Next. Push this end up through the upper end of the plastic packaging, the way you’d push a straw through paper wrap, but don’t pull the swab out of the wrap just yet. Next step, break off the tip along the red line and discard it. You’ll see the brown fluid flow and wick into the other end of the swab that’s in the bottom end of the wrapper. It’s ready to be pulled out and used.

Moist “dabbette”
These seem super handy and were very inexpensive. The individual wrapping is nice and took me just a minute to figure out the easiest way to open. The design is neat, and the tip you break off is easily done without too much pressure. I like them, the only downfall is that the swab is only a bit moist, and not saturated, which is great if you’re dabbing something that’s not a wound, like skin before a surgery or something. There is so much pressure needed to actually get iodine off the swab onto the wound. It hurt me and my family member when trying to apply. So we just stuck the swab into a bottle of iodine to soak it enough to doctor the painful wounds. If you are using these to wet a band-aid or elastic, you’ll be fine, but if you need to be able to gently apply a medium to moderate amount of iodine, I’d pass on these.
