I have tiny stress fractures in my back and every now and then they flare up. I needed a compress that was versatile and could be hot and cold. This is perfect. Its ability to be used both hot and cold make it an ideal compress. I can freeze it and use it in about thirty minutes to an hour or heat it up in the microwave in a minute or two. This is a must have for anyone with sports injuries or everyday aches and pains. It's made thick and is covered with a soft covering. It also comes with two really long straps for keeping it around you. This hot/cold pack has made a really big difference in my pain relief and treatment. It's affordable and will save you money in the long run and you won't have to buy disposable ones anymore. Great value

Shoulder, low back it’s the perfect size and it’s thinner and a bit more more malleable than others I’ve had and works nicely with the included strap.

The gel pack is a good size for back pain and is easily used as cold or hot per directions. However, the straps that came with it are virtually worthless. They do not stay in place. I live alone so it was impossible for me to get them evenly spaced and fastened with the pack on my lower back. They kept slipping off. Then when I went to take them off, the velcro fastens so tightly that it takes quite a bit of effort to unfasten it. If I'm already in pain, that extra effort was very uncomfortable. I'll continue using the pack, but won't use the straps again.

I used this on my lower legs & found it easy to wrap around. The straps help keep it in place.

I want to give it 5 stars because it stays cold for a long time, but am disappointed that it’s not one solid piece. There is a seam down the middle of it that prevents that area from making contact with skin and ice pack is rigid so it does not contour to the area you are trying to ice.

I needed ice bags for knee replacement surgery. These are large enough to go over the entire knee. They are flexible and can wrap around a knee or arm. The straps can be placed anyplace on the pack which is vert convenient.

Love this ice pack. As far as size it’s wonderful. Would buy again if I ever needed a new one. I just put it against the chair or couch without the straps and it stays cold sooo long. Love it

I like the thickness that allows this product to remain cold for over 30 minutes. It is not as flexible, when frozen, has I'd hoped, but the straps helps to keep it in place.
