I've had this before, only the charger port broke. It's very powerful I love it, only thing is it arrived damaged, the box wasn't, and it was wrapped up well. But where you would plug the charger in to literally fell off in my hands as I took it out of the box. Never had it before. But all the same, it charges and works. So not complaining 😏

I work in front of the computer for a long time. Therefore, I usually have shoulder ache and neckache and they trigger my migraine. I bought this product and it really works for me. I relief when I use it. I haven't seen any problem with it so far. It has 8 different massage programs and it allows their level to increase gradually. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that it hasn't a back option. You need to close and re-open it to go to the first program. However, it is no big deal. It is a great tool for me.

We all know what this is....so....tis great for 'me' time and for 'we' time. And no batteries! Bonus!! Most happy =)

The vibration on this lacks intensity , few of the modes are any use , and charge life is short.

It’s good, and last over a hour of continuous use and takes about a hour to charge. Only downside is that the vibration is a little bit on the weak side.

The media could not be loaded.  Very disappointed with this item. After less than a week it has stopped working! (see video) this is the second one had because the first one stopped working as well although it did last longer.
