Substantial shelf!
We have been looking for a shelf over our new range and this will do the job. They vary from less than $50 to this big boy. I chose the 'used' condition item that was listed for over $100 less than retail on Amazon. It is a bargain! Arrived in original wrappings, but had been opened. Perhaps the PO determined it was too massive...which it is. I need to research the effect of this protrusion on the flow of heat from the range as well as the possible disruption of ventilation thru the range hood. It is 11" deep so it really sticks out - likely designed for a restaurant.... We'll see!

Buyer beware and careful
The shelve was just as expected beautiful , too expensive but it's the only one out there that's chunky, so that was fine, but it didn't fit in my space so I returned it, I've had nothing but problems and they want to keep my 300 dollars saying the shelve got damaged, I pulled it out of the box it didn't fit I put it back in and shipped it back. So now they are saying I removed a covering that wasn't on it, ups must of mishandled it, so buyer beware,

not really worth the money
not very well made and the mounting 'system' is clunky. the gauge steel is not as robust as you would expect for something at this price point. ended up having a custom shelf made by local stainless steel fabricator for less money and higher quality

After ordering and returning 3 sets of shelves for my kitchen I got these and could not be happier. So sturdy. They hold my everyday very heavy dishes and glass ware perfectly. I get many compliments and it opens up the kitchen!

Expensive but worth it
I have 2 of these floating on our wall and they get constant attention. They show very well and were not hard to hang

You can see all of the seaming on the underside of the shelf.
What I expected. Used it as a mantel for a modern look. Customer loves it. Easy to install.
