Lovely and green
Though they were priced rather high, I am just grateful that these are even available through Amazon, as I am unable to shop for them on foot. They were very green – just as I'd hoped – and they've made a lot of lovely tostones – some of which I have frozen. But once they're all gone, I will be back here!

For some reason I was sent four not five plantains , who employs packers that can't count to five . I was refunded quickly which is to there credit . that is why I give four stars .

Keeps a long time before ripening
Still waiting for the plantain skins to turn black 3 months after delivery. Have started to turn black but not quite ready.
