I had no idea electric mops existed, but wow - this little marvel is worth every penny! Why do I love it? It’s lightweight - I don’t want to haul around some heavy thing. It’s small & maneuverable - I can get into every corner & around my toilets! I can use whatever cleaning product I want - I actually prefer to just use a spray bottle instead of the onboard reservoirs. Pads are easy to use & clean. Battery dis-attaches for easy charging & the charge lasts a long time. My floors look better than ever and it’s so much easier than manual mopping. AND I honestly think my floors stay cleaner for longer because they are more clean in the first place! Bonus! One note: on my floors, I have a slight preference for using the waxing pads all the time. The pink mopping pads sometimes leave a circular pattern on the floor which does go away when the floor dries, but I can avoid that with the waxing pads that do just as good a job of cleaning. I’m very glad I got this little mopper - great price and great results!

This cordless mop is so light and easy to use especially for people who have back problems.. No heavy pushing and pulling. The customer care team are wonderful to work with if you have any questions or problems with the mop. They answer your emails within 24-48 hours. My floors come out clean and they dry so quickly. I am very satisfied with this mop and the customer service.

I just received the mop a few days ago and after it was charged I tested it on the laminate flooring in the kitchen/dining area. It was easy to maneuver and was much easier on my back than physical mopping. It moved around the dining room table legs and kitchen island easily. I used diluted PineSol in the water container. The spray worked well and stains and spills came right up. In the future I do plan to use plain water and a separate spray bottle with cleaning fluid. So far I am very pleased with it.

I am so glad I got this mop! It is lightweight and glides easily over hardwood floors and makes mopping less of a chore.It's easy to assemble and the battery life is impressive, allowing me to clean multiple rooms without needing a recharge.Plus, it's lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for quick touch-ups or deep cleans.Also, they have great customer service and resolved a recent query within a day of me emailing them. I enjoyed this mop until it quit working shortly after a year. I probably used it about 25-30 times when it quit spraying water. I can hear the motor running and the spray pump engaging but no water coming out. I tried letting it soak with a vinegar solution thinking that perhaps there was a build up that needed to be cleaned out but no luck with that. I took it apart and found no apparent clogs or issues other then water has been getting out of the water tank into the mop housing itself as evidenced by corrosion of screws and other components that were rusting and coming apart. I don't think this should have effected its operation but it still should not happen in an ideal world.The use of it is easy although the water compartment is very small and the opening even smaller. It is challenging to fill the mop. If you have an unsteady hand, this is not the mop for you. It cleans fine but it does not deep clean. After I mop, if I go around with a wet white rag, I can still pull up dirt that the mop did not remove. I bought the same mop for my daughter who complains about the same issue and so she uses hers less than I did mine.I have not given up on cordless electric mops yet but I won't be buying this brand again. If you would be satisfied having your mop last for only a year, this may still be a benefit to you. I just expect better.

Love it so far!It is very easy to assemble and charged quickly. The mopping pads attach via velcro and are secure. The water tank was easily fillable with the included measuring cup.I was able to mop my hardwood entryway, living room, dining room, stairs, and vinyl kitchen in less than 15 minutes with NO PAIN or scrubbing. The sprayer works well, there's a slight delay to the trigger so I'm still figuring out how long to push the button for the right amount of solution to spray. I love the headlight, lol. The self-propulsion is awesome, albeit has a mind of it's own occassionally. It's easy enough to steer and direct though. My only tiny complaint is that because the mop heads are round, it's difficult to get into corners tightly. Not the end of the world, but definitely noticed it on my kitchen stairs.I used a mixture of water, vodka and essential oils with no issue. I haven't tried the polish yet.Overall, I'm thrilled and am so happy to add this machine to my cleaning arsenal! Thanks VMAI!
