Honestly Idk what people are complaining about. Yes it’s “cheaply” made, but it does it’s job. It helps me stretch and does not break under pressure, and fyi I’m like 6”4 and 200lbs.If you don’t want “cheaply” made product then go buy leg stretcher machines worth $200-$300 made of diamonds or so, but if you want something that’s much cheaper and does it’s job perfectly—this thing is for you.In the end of the day you need to buy equipment based on what it does, not what it looks

The media could not be loaded.  Well, now I’m trying to set myself up for the stretching routine. After the long time research with reading many reviews I finally found the equipment that’s increasing my flexibility a lot. I can say it works perfect for me because it’s easy to use, holding the positions at my full capability and of course improves performance in gym. It’s crucial to prepare the muscles for working out in gym in order not get the injuries. I usually take it with me in gym and stretch after each training session.One of the benefits that it has came with the bag for carrying.I really recommend the product to you if you want to achieve the goals in stretching and relax the muscles.

The media could not be loaded.  Soooo… it’s cheap. Bent on me the third time I used it. Before you toss yours in the trash or return it, get yourself some dowel rods that fit (I was able to get one long enough to cut in two), measure the old hole and drill it big enough for the pins at the top. Drill a hole at the bottom for your adjustment. Find two screws at the hardware store that fit (literally take the leg stretching adjustment part with you). Once the holes are drilled, reassemble. Much sturdier!

Was anxious to receive and happy when it arrived UNTIL I opened the box and found a used stretcher with several missing parts. I ordered a new one and hope that the carry bag ankle attachments and booklet describing how to use are in pkg. I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt and hope that for 32.00 I get what I am paying for. Fool me once shame on me fool me twice? not happening

It's an excellent and well-made product. I bought this for flexibility everyday training. I wasn't familiar with this tool before buying it, so I was scared that it might be confusing to use, but it's actually very easy to assemble. It's also sturdy so I can hold my stretches very easily. I use it almost every night while watching TV and after my workouts while my legs are still warmed up. I've been using it for the past month and can see the progress so far. Super excited!

I bought this leg stretcher for my old man. He used to exercise in the fresh air every single morning. So I thought that by using this leg split machin he can improve his stretch.Well it’s working! I am very glad that I bought this leg stretcher.This simple machine has greatly improved his flexibility in quitte à short time. In the package I also found the manual (I guess beginners can make a use of it) and the e-book, which is quite interesting and informative!I definitely recommend the product for those who want to improve their flexibility

Use it every day

This is a really good product for the price it has. Came packed in a nice bag and has extra pads and a yoga belt. This is my first product for stretching but their videos showed how to use it. It’s cool to use it on the carpet while watching movies. Pretty sure it will help me get closer to a full split!

the Alamata Leg Stretcher , works what it was designed for . the price is one of the cheapest around. it's light weight , folds up case included and a pair of extra foam included. Should last awhile if you take care. If your on a Budget Highly Recommend...

Just received and it's broken

As you can posts are not even straight . Pins slip out almost caused injury to my groin area . First time I can really say this is a garbage 🗑️ product .
