Everything was great.

Heavy duty struts, but they come with smaller light duty ends then what's on a snowmobile trailer. I had to order the 13mm ends, which set me back another week. Easy to swap out with the old ones. Work great. Time will tell if they will hold up.

Delivered items look fine. Contrary to the pictures shown in the website, there is no information printed onto the strut. A label on the packaging says 051000501_ARA that is different from what the web says. How do I know if I received an item with correct ratings?

I couldn't tell for sure that new ball/bolts were included, but the description sounded like they were. The order arrived without them. I contacted them via the provided email and Vlgor replied fairly promptly and several times to complete the transaction. Even into the weekend. They promptly shipped me the parts and I asked that they tidy up the description so customers know if they have to source as well or they have the complete kit. Snow mobile trailers face hellishly corrosive conditions and you need to replace all these parts. They committed to updating their product description and now I just need to wait for it to snow.

Lifts and holds this heavy trap door with ease

Used them to support a floor hatch that's covered in hardwood. Total weight would be around 300lbs, selected the 2x 200lb models, worked like a charm so far. Probably could have went down a size. Can't beat them for this price
