Works with Lifx Led Strip
So far so good.I have read many review regarding whether or not any of these extension cables would work with the lifx LED strips. The connectors will work with the lifx LED strips. You do have to clip off one of the black copper ends. When you're looking at the ends there's little abrasions where you can just snap one off. After you do this you connect them one set of three in one single to the lifx LED strip. You do this because the very right connector on the lifx LED strip is a little bit offset so it will keep it from being squeezed or pinched. The other end of the jumper that you connect to the pinned lifx part you do have to trim off the extra plastic that's on the extension connector. You do not have to cut the lifx strip at all so do not do this. Overall they work very well I haven't had any issues with them. When you first turn them on if all the lights do not come on you need to reset the lifx strip. You do this by unplugging and replugging the device five times you let it sit there you'll see it turn colors a few times and then it will jump all the LEDs one-by-one and turn them on.

LIFX Z - I used these to traverse a cabinet ...
LIFX Z - I used these to traverse a cabinet to extend my LIFX Z lights. I simply used a single 3ft extension. It worked perfectly. The fit is a little loose but I secured both sides. LIFX currently does not offer an extension. This should work. At least one 3ft did for me.

Perfect Extension
I purchased this item in conjunction with SUPERNIGHT 5-Meter LED light kit. I needed this extension to attach my LED strip to my travel trailer. This extension worked perfect. It plugged into the strip just fine with no issues. It came with two connectors but I only needed one. If you need an extension I would recommend this one!

Lifx-Z compatible
Works for Lifx-Z, not the most solid fit but does a satisfactory job. Anything longer than 1-m wont work for Lifx.

Does NOT work with LIFX Z
Some reviews are saying these work with LIFX Z but that's not the entire truth. If you try to use these with LIFX Z you'll really have to force them onto the strips and even then the connection will be subpar. Yes it will technically work but likely not for long and who wants to spend money on a hacky solution?
