Super tiny hats!
Hats would be cute for a cat party but are even too small for kids in my opinion. They are sturdy tho. And party favors are the standard size and type. Definitely had a good laugh assembling the first hat. Note to self…double check measurements nice time. Especially if it seems like such an awesome deal.

Cute but Assembly Required
Super cute sturdy hats and the blowers are normal, but didn’t realize I had to assemble each hat completely! Not terribly time consuming tho and comes w everything you need to assemble. Some Pom poms came off quickly but were reattached

Teeny tiny
These are for tiny children. Tiny hats. Assembly required. They make for a sad yet loud party. Unless that is you wish to wear ironically teeny hats.

Hats too small. Pom poms fell off. Party blowers fine.
Hats not size shown in picture. Too small for kids over age of 2. Pom poms kept falling off. Noisemakers were fine.

Too much work and tiny
Hats were small even for kid size and you have to build the hats yourself with loose paper and loose pompoms. I wasn’t looking for an arts and crafts project so used the noise makers and threw the rest ojr

Don’t waste your money or time
This is the cheapest ugliest thing I have ever bought. Why would someone sell something so crappy? So stupid
