Had to order another one out of the 200 ft 100 ft work fine the other side only the green would work in the lights rather than return it cuz I would do want something like this it's just best to order another one to get the hundred feet rather than take it all completely back down spent 3 hours putting it up do not want to take it back down only have to take half down

I love these LED Neon Rope lights their vibrant colors these added life to my house I actually bought 2. Just different sizes I really loved them! If you ever find that the remote isn't working, I'd suggest trying the app—it's a great alternative, even if the remote is functioning. It offers so much customization and is really enjoyable to explore. I've heard so many people talk about it when they come over.

I’ve used these rope lights in my classroom for years. I used them every day without fail. They worked perfectly. The remote makes it easier to change the lighting color my students love it.

Update: 1/13/2026Seller responded quickly and has shipped a replacement!Update: 1/11/2026These lights stopped working tonight only about two months after getting them. I discovered the problem is the white box connecting the lights to the power cord. If I push hard on the box they come back on. I took a video but I’m unable to attach it. I messaged the seller and am awaiting a response.I ordered these to line our living room ceiling instead of the dangly Christmas lights we’d been using. They work great and they were super easy to install with the backsided tape. I plugged them in and they all work. The app is super easy to use and connected with no issues. They work as advertised and are able to be cut (which we needed to do). The color functions all work but some colors are more apparent than others. I wish that they were a little brighter as our previous lights were. I like the dimming function as well! They make for a great movie night!

Well, this was a great hit for my grandson. He always has them on day night. Of course my granddaughter saw it and had to have one too. Two happy grandchildren. It’s a great length, easy to put up and best of all is remote control. It looks great in their rooms.

The clips are useless. The screws are tiny. I requested a return and was expected to pay to return them. I absolutely do not recommend these Waste of money and time.UPDATE. I was sent return insert but no proper return label. I contacted Amazon and was told to just get UPS to print the label. I told them UPS doesn’t do that. They assured me it would be no problem. I took the package to UPS today and was told they don’t do that. I was the second person this week that came in with that request (Amazon customers). They were perplexed why Amazon is not providing the needed labels. Customer service at Amazon has been a nightmare for last few months.

When this product was ordered, it was listed as 36m of leds. However, when delivered only 15m were in the box. The wrong plug got uk also arrived, meaning I can’t even turn them on to use. When I did find a uk plug for them, I was even more disappointed when they were so dim that you can’t even see them during the day. To make matters worse, this meant I couldn’t buy from a more reputable manufacturer either another discount on at the same time. Overall wasted my time and and customer service insufficient
