My Therapist Says...to Color: Ignore Reality and Color Over 50 Designs Because You Can't Even (Volume 10) (Creative Coloring, 10)

I was hoping to gift to a therapist friend, assuming it would be quotes or pictures therapist say. Turned out to be more comments clients would say that would probably be a face palm moment for the therspist. But def funny and sadly some relatable. Lots to choose snd really fun pictures along with it. Would definitely buy again.. good for someone who shops a lot or has the drama moments/poor relationship moments

These pages are designed so you can remove one and hang it up as inspiration. If you are not a drinker or have stopped you won't appreciate some of the sentiments. I just don't drink very much so jokes about drinking don't appeal to me. There are some very cute drawings of cupcakes and donuts and fairies and fanciful things but overall it was not mostly what I would like to work on for relaxation. If you like cute sassy little sayings you will love this.

Absolutely LOVE this adult coloring book. The sayings are funny and it really IS therapeutic! 5 stars!

So much fun! Worth the purchase

This book is hilarious and fun. The book is some what odd sized but it works. It is wider then most on the shelf books and a little shorter, closer to a "typical" square with 4 equal sides vs a book which (yes a square as well) but two short sides and two long ones. Anyway, this one is more squat but still fits on a shelf.The pages are rather thick, great if you really are going to color. The only issue, if there are any, to complain about is the pages have an almost glossy like finish to them. They don't absorb very wet ink if using color pens. I found the sharpie style markers, color pencils, or standard ink pens worked best. IF you are using a more liquid style Let it dry fully or you will have transfer/ smudging.The text is large and not blurred on any pages. The color sheets are well printed with no super difficult designs. The commentary on the pages is hilarious. For me, this is my style of humor. I fully intend to get several copies and give as gifts this year.

This is a truly enjoyable coloring book. This being 2020, it’s been a tough year for pretty much everyone. And coloring is something that really helps people relax and distract them from the crazy stuff going on. This coloring book is wonderful in that it throws humor into the coloring mix, and on each page offers a whimsical insight into our very real daily lives. Examples of these insights include: “ My depression and anxiety, name a more iconic duo – I’ll wait.”…”If you see me wearing the same sweatpants three days in a row, mind your business.”…”Some days the most productive thing I do is take off my daytime pajamas and put on my night time pajamas.” There are about 58 pages with these phrases and a coloring picture with each. I suppose you could compare these to memes. I found them fun and amusing.In my opinion this is a pretty nice book, some images are quite detailed and other images with little detail so giving the colorist a variety. The artwork is nice with clean lines, and the paper is thicker so you can use almost any coloring medium. It certainly has enough images to color, and should keep you busy for many hours. Last, this coloring book would make a nice gift.
