A lovely idea but very confusing to read. One minute "I" the next minute "mummy. Makes no sense. Shame

I bought "Happy Together - a single mother by choice story", written by Julie Marie. It gave my brain a cramp trying to read it because the perspective switched from first-person to third-person, not only from one line to the next, but within the same line. Punctuation was noticeably lacking.It was purchased as a gift but it ended up in the garbage can. Super disappointed!

It’s nice to have a childrens book that helps address this type of single parenting. I was happy with this story.

cute story, but the pages of the 2nd half of the book have the wrong order - we need to read backwards 🙈

Love the story to explain how my special gift of a baby came to me in the world. Looking forward to reading this when they are older.

Finally exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a simple book that I could read to my son growing up that told our story. This is perfect!
