Q: Why does the Velcro only exist on one part of this product? How are the two cushions supposed to stay together?

Hello, The Velcro is to fasten the bottom to the top. The cushion is in two halves, top and bottom. It is so that you can alter the height of the cushion. It is lovely and I highly recommend this product. I hope this helps you.

My one looks exactly the same as the picture, perhaps a slightly darker shade of blue. The bottom part is detachable if it’s too high for you
