I needed to purchase something to help with the hot flashes I've been experiencing since October. I was told to try Estroven which I purchased from a local drug store, unfortunately, after taking the tablets for several weeks I did not receive very much relief. The flashes and weight gain was out of control, so I needed to find something better. I really wanted to get something natural instead of a prescription since there are so many side affects with medication. While researching and reading reviews from a number of women who tried the Advanced Menopause Relief tablets, I thought giving this a try would not hurt. I've been taking them since March 13 and what a difference. I take 2 tablets early morning and have relief until late in the evening. This has been wonderful for reducing the hot flashes, but it does not provide any relief for weight gain. Despite all the exercise and eating right I still have to battle this problem. Hopefully I can find something that will work for both, but in the meantime I will definitely continue taking these every day. I highly recommend!

After suffering all summer with hot flashes from hell I started taking pure Red Clover. I couldn't concentrate on anything and often had to completely stop doing whatever it was I was doing at the moment, just for the flash to pass. Still no hot flashes.. but I got my period. Something I did not expect.. Darn it.. I have not decided if I should continue or not... If this age means that my periods should stop, then I'm not sure that I want the whole thing to restart. mIght as well just get used to not having to deal with that once a month... The thought of finding relief in a different product. well. it is exhausting...!! I set up the subscription for monthly delivery... I finally thought I was on easy street... maybe I should see what happens over the next three months...!!

I've been taking this twice a day for 2 weeks straight now along with St. John's Wart twice a day and I have to say I feel a difference in some areas! I was skeptical but I actually feel like I'm in a better mood most of the day and my sex drive came back a little! I still can't sleep well but these other 2 things were big and have been affecting my life negatively for the last 3 years.
