I use these oven bags for the first time putting one oven bag for theTurkey and one oven bag for the ham. keeps the juices steamingIn the oven bag making the ham and turkey so deliciously tasty.They are safe in the oven putting each oven bag in a pan addingwater or juice in the oven bags. I do recommend.

Fooled by sales pitch.
The unknown brand of Ecoopts should've been a red flag but my desperate need for baking bags for the holidays blinded me. First the bags are good size but they're not sturdy. As soon as I put my 8 lb turkey in the bag, it broke on the opposite end. It happened twice! On a third try, I was more careful. Another thing I noticed is that bag will melt if the oven goes above the 200 degrees. It even states it on the package. Lastly it's cheaply made and not worth the cost. I won't be surprised if this bag releases chemicals while its in the oven. I plan on not using it!!! Stay away from the product.
