After some electrical problems and corrispondance all is good, item replaced and am quite happy.

very good machine...just got to figure out how to use it....value for money....how do use the engraving...does it only use the program that it come with...or is there a very simple program.Wot machine bit do you use to engrave slate.

The media could not be loaded.  Took ages to build NOT the 20minutes as advertised, and then it was cutting everything in reverse mirror image, see video & pic 2 and 3.Contact with customer service soon sorted the cutting problem further help from them sorted the over burn with laser, see photo 4, of dogs head this was laser burned onto paper with good results. The customer service person Nancy returned my communication within 24 hours of each message. I would recommend watching James Dean series of CNC 3018 video's on Youtube. Sorry TwoWin I can't give you 5 stars but thanks for the help.

So far I've only used the laser - don't particularly intend to use the router. For the price it's very well built, and much easier to put together than it looked, despite the somewhat rudimentary instructions. The instructions also fail to mention the need to connect the motors to the controller. It's fairly obvious you need to do it, and the wiring makes this easy, but I failed to do it at first and, funnily enough, it didn't work.It's also much easier to use in offline mode than it appears, meaning you don't need it to be near a PC. For larger jobs I use it on a balcony, meaning we don't get burning smalls in the house.Pleased.

Although purchased in November, I did not get chance to assemble until Januart. The unit was extremely easy to assemble with all parts supplied. The CNC works very well, but I appear to have problems with the Laser unit. I have tried to set the Laser up as per instructions, but cannot get the beam to produce a fine output when focusing. I have purchased a fixed focus Laser and it works perfectly. Could support please advise on what they think may be wrong with the adjustable Focus Laser. Regards Tony

I bought a machine from an other company once before and was very dissattisfied. it took a vey long time to receive, and communication was bad. It never worked and took very long to sort the refund.I was hesitant to buy an other machine. Did some research and decided to try TwoWin.I asked a question and received a promt answer. So I decide and bought the machine from them.It arrived very quickly, only in a few days, which was great.The Machine is easy easy to assemble, it came with good instructions. The USB stick had all the software, which was a lot. It even had files for setting up and callibrating the machine.I did look on U-TUBE as well, and found some good instructions.Once I had it all set up I had a go and tried some engraving and cutting. I was very surpriced by the results. The first pieces are looking GREAT. Can't wait to start my real project, which is going to be a Cathedral Clock from wood.The communication with the company is very good. They asked me to check all the content, before it arrived, as they believed that they forgot a part. One part was missing, I told them and they acted immediately.All in all, I highly recommend this Company.Best regards,Cornelis.

Avoid buying, the parts are not worth the money in scrap, the sub standard laser died after less than a week running at less than 75% power and the precision of the engraving is very poor.The spindle vibrates causing a serious noise and the entire machine to move around and require fixing in placeThe images in the post do not accurately represent what you will get from this machine, neither the laser engraving nor the CNC and you will spend countless pulling your hair outThe inflated price tag on this piece of junk could easily buy you a superior machine elsewhere, look around and buy from a reputable company

Great combi CNC outer for carving and engraving. Good instructions to assemble it together into a sturdy frame.One note for those assembling it, ensure that your grub screw tightens to the flat side of the stepper motors spindle
