I purchased these for my perennial garden plants and pots because they are a little fancier and sturdier than the more economical ones I use for my annuals and starter potted plants. Finding a permanent marker that doesn’t wash or fade has been my only challenge. I highly rate these plant stakes.

I had to cave in and start labeling my outdoor plants 🌱 as I thought one was a weed and started to pull it out in the spring 😜 These labels are stylish and can be written on with permanent marker, if you want the name of the plant or just write the word plant on it so you don’t make the same mistake I did. Not sure if they’ll fade after being exposed to the elements. But you know there’s a plant there.

My first set of labels have been in the ground for a month or so. They have been through several rain storms and still are legible and intact. I had no problem inserting them in the soil; most of the time they slid right in with no persuasion at all. I used an acrylic black marker for durability. So far so good. I've used the first 100, and am on my second package.

These will be the markers for my Dahlia's. They are very sturdy and fit in the soil securely.

I love these tags! They are sturdy and the perfect size. I spray paint them different colors and write the plant id on them. They hold up well and look great in my garden! Identify my plants and add interest. Win! Win!

When I purchased this item, I was looking for more than aesthetics, an they didn't disappoint. Sturdiness of them was functionally great. And the readability when using markers was good. It often bleed, but that's what fat tip markers do. However, reusability of them are a wash. If you're using a marker to write plant names for clear visibility (which otherwise, you wouldn't be able to see and read clearly), this isn't my "perfect" item to re-purchase.If someone else has experienced this as well, I'd love to get a resolve for RE-use. Instead of having to throw away all the bundles I've collected because of inability to reuse them. Thanks.**I'd give it a five star rating, but excessive purchasing of them is senseless.

These are cute and larger than I expected. It might help to state the approximate size of the actual writing surface in the description. I used Sharpie permanent markers in different colors on them, and the ink is nearly gone after being in the garden two months. The decorative swirls around the top are raised so it is impossible to write over them. I would buy them again because they are unique. I am not sure whether the problem of disappearing ink is from the permanent markers or from the surace of these plant markers. Also, the long stem is a bit fragile so it would be best to penetrate the soil with a knife first or when wet.

These are roomy enough to fit a fair amount of information on them. I was able to put the name of the flower, the type and the year and not in itty bitty writing. I enjoy the decorative edge so it looks pretty in my garden too. Great value for package size

I really like these name tags as they are big enough to put all the information on, they are quite pretty too and of course reusable. Recommended.
